Overview

Finche is a relationship intelligence application that helps you organise, summarise and act on professional interactions.

By accessing or using Finche, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Beta status

Finche may operate in private or public beta. Features may change, be modified or be discontinued at any time. We make no guarantees about uptime, feature permanence or data availability.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated draft before sending it
• You will not use Finche for unlawful purposes
• You will not attempt to access another user’s data
• You are responsible for making sure calendar invites and drafted communications are accurate before you confirm them

Finche does not send communications without your confirmation.

AI-generated content

Finche generates summaries, drafts and suggestions using artificial intelligence. Those outputs may contain inaccuracies, are suggestions only, and should be reviewed before use. Finche is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

Integrations

• Connecting Google or Microsoft authorises Finche to access permitted data through OAuth
• Connecting a messaging channel (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Messages on Mac, or your inbox) authorises Finche to receive those conversations for your private timeline. You are responsible for using these connections in line with each platform’s own terms of service
• You may revoke that access at any time
• Finche operates only within the scope of the permissions you grant

We are not responsible for third-party service outages or API changes.

Intellectual property

Finche’s branding, interface and underlying software are the property of Finche. You may not copy, reverse engineer or distribute the software without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finche is not liable for data loss, third-party service failures, inaccurate AI output, missed meetings, calendar conflicts or communication errors. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to exploit the platform, or engage in misuse or abuse. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Finche. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, or your use of Finche, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
